  • Eligible Services: SEO, Social Media Management, Content Creation services and other allied services offered by Genzverse may be eligible for refunds if the request is made under the appropriate conditions.
  • Conditions: Refunds are provided if services are not delivered as agreed upon or if significant delays occur that are solely the fault of GenZ Verse.

Refund requests must be submitted within 07 days of the service commencement date. After this period, services are considered accepted, and no refunds will be processed.

Exclusions
